Steven E. Waters spent his early years dairy farming where each and every day he learned to work hard. Long days were routine but he realized that trading time for dollars would not afford him the freedom to pursue the things he truly valued in life.

In his early 20's he was introduced to New York Times Best-Selling Author Robert G. Allen where he learned the principles of wealth and how to have money work for him. Shortly thereafter he would get his real estate license and begin investing in real estate buying rental properties, residential single-family construction projects, and his favorite tax foreclosure properties.

A popular speaker and trainer he frequently appears in numerous real estate and entrepreneurship periodicals and websites. He enjoys sharing his insight and experience and has written the hugely popular course Creating Wealth Without Risk where he reveals a simple 10 step process for profiting with safe, certain and high-yielding tax lien certificates.
